Residential Structure Fire

At 6:45 am this morning, station 1 was alerted for a house fire and occupants unaccounted for. Upon arrival of the first engine, heavy smoke was found and a forward lay of 5" line was laid down the street. An interior attack was made, knocking a large volume of fire down. Primary and secondary searches proved negative for any possible people trapped. Extensive overhaul was conducted and the SBPD investigator was called in to investigate the cause. Units were on the scene for approx. 2 1/2 hours.
This fire is believed to be arson. The police and investigative teams are still investigating the fire.
Just before the units cleared station 1 was alerted for a MVA, which proved to be a minor accident, and so far we have been busy with the normal ems runs the rest of the day.

Sorry about this picture, my camera battery was going dead.
